NureWorker is operated by Nure Group Limited (England & Wales, registered office TBC). For data-protection purposes, Nure Group Limited is the controller.

Our ICO registration is pending. Once issued, the reference number appears here and in our Trust Centre.
Data we collect and why
- Account data — your email, name and password hash. Lawful basis: contract.
- Questions and documents — what you ask, what we generate. Lawful basis: contract.
- Payment data — handled by Stripe; we never store your card details.
- Analytics — privacy-respecting product analytics via self-hosted Plausible. No third-party cookies, no cross-site tracking. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
Retention
Account data: while your account is active, plus 6 years for tax / dispute records (HMRC and limitation periods). Authentication tokens: 30 days. Analytics: 12 months in aggregate.
