NureWorker is live with the architecture described in Doc 40 §1: free product runs on ingestion-time AI (pre-computed Q&A library, structured derivations from case law and statute, template-driven documents, retrieve-and-assemble) and the paid product runs on runtime AI (Premium £4.99/mo + the new Service 23 £5 one-off AI consult). The free product costs us almost nothing to run per query; the paid product funds the panel solicitor labour that makes paid deliverables credible.

A held-out test set of 33 worker-phrased questions runs against the free-ask retrieval on every /admin/eval load (Doc 38 §9 Control 7 applied to Surface A). Pass rate + per-row results visible to admins; a drop is the signal to investigate before publishing new content.
