The questions people ask.

Who writes the documents?

Each document is drafted from a template authored by an SRA-authorised UK employment solicitor on our panel. Your facts are filled in, and the same solicitor (or another panel solicitor with the same speciality) reviews and signs off before it reaches you.

Is this legal advice?

Yes — paid services are legal advice from a named SRA-authorised solicitor. Free guides and AI answers are general guidance, not advice on your specific case. The line is clear on every page.

How long does a letter take?

Two working days for standard letters. Faster for urgent matters where a deadline is imminent — get in touch first if your tribunal time limit is within a week.

Can I get my money back?

If we can't complete the work because of something on our side, you get a full refund. If your situation changes after we've started, we'll talk it through. We don't make refunds difficult.

What if my case is in Northern Ireland or Scotland?

We cover England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Our panel includes solicitors qualified in each jurisdiction — your case is routed to the right one.

Do you take cases on no-win-no-fee?

Not yet. Phase 1 services are fixed-price documents and consultations. If your case warrants tribunal representation, the panel solicitor on your consultation can refer you on.
